Six songs are available in Mandarin Chinese to make food safety training more fun and interactive. The songs can be used:

• Before class begins to make the training room more inviting for students to enter.
• During break time so the training room is “friendlier” for the students who stay in the room during that time.
• As a way to get students up and moving.
• And, most importantly, as a memory aid to remember key training concepts.

The songs can also be downloaded to a CD and given to each student so they can listen to them after class. The written lyrics to each song are available in both English and Simplified Chinese.
